玄理2为玄理系列第二部作品，与玄理初代为两个独立的整合包,两整合包间存档不通用,无法通过转移存档的方式更新。

玄理2是一个大型集成科魔整合包，其包含了众多魔法和模组#科技模组，截至v1.3.0-Release版本拥有200余模组。 整合包采用了众多模组#自定义模组进行大程度的魔改，自定义模组#游戏阶段和自定义模组#模块化机械模组的加入也为整合包更增添了趣味。
